Who we are
The banjago.rs website is run by BanjaGo. For any question about your data, write to office@banjago.rs.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone if you enter it, topic and message.
- Property request: first and last name, email, phone, message and the listing you ask about.
- To prevent abuse we keep a one-way encrypted record of your IP address with the message; the address itself cannot be read from it.
- Visit data, only if you accept it (see “Cookies”).
When you call a host or message them on Viber or WhatsApp, the conversation goes straight to them and we do not see it.
Why we use it
We use form data to answer you and, at your request, to arrange a viewing with the seller or landlord. We do not sell it or send you advertising. We use visit data to know how many people view each listing, for reports to advertisers, without your name or contact details.
Advertisers’ data
We publish the details of hosts and other advertisers as agreed with them. A private person’s name is shown publicly only with their consent.
Legal basis
Your consent, given in the form and in the cookie banner, and the steps we take at your request before an agreement on a stay or a property.
Who else processes the data
The site runs on outside service providers that process data only for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, in Frankfurt), Cloudflare (images), an email provider (message notifications) and Google (Analytics, only with your consent). Some of them process data outside Serbia.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and requests as long as we need them to answer you and complete the arrangement, then delete them. Google Analytics keeps visit data according to the account settings.
Cookies
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…): set only if you accept, lasts up to two years and measures visits and clicks, for example on the call button. If you decline, Google receives nothing.
- Your browser also keeps your cookie choice and your list of saved listings. That data stays on your device.
You can change your choice at any time with the button below.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing and object to it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to office@banjago.rs. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs).
