Vila Dara Apartman 5

Vila Dara Apartman 5 is the largest apartment in the villa: a 75 m² one-bedroom apartment in the attic of a new villa on Bulevar srpskih ratnika in Vrnjačka Banja. The villa stands by the Vrnjačka river and its footpath, about 150 metres from the Snežnik spring and a hundred metres from the Olympic pool. Parking in the villa grounds is free of charge.

Most of the apartment is an open-plan living space under a sloping ceiling, combining the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a corner sofa bed, a reading chaise longue, a woven armchair, a glass coffee table and a TV with a sideboard. The dining table seats four, and the L-shaped kitchen has an induction hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle and a tea and coffee maker, with crockery and utensils.

The bedroom has a roof window above the double bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen, a bidet and a washbasin on a wooden shelf. Bed linen, towels, slippers and a hairdryer are provided.

From the balcony, furnished with chairs and a small table, there are views of the garden, the mountain and the Vrnjačka river.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels and streaming, a safe, a tumble dryer and an iron, as well as board games for children. It sleeps up to four: two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. With the desk and the space, it also suits longer stays. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request. The attic is reached by stairs. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm, with the arrival time agreed in advance, and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. Prices start at €50 per night for the whole apartment.
