Aqua Casa

Aqua Casa is a 42 m² one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a residential building on Olimpijska Street, in the Raj neighbourhood of Vrnjačka Banja. The building is opposite Aqua Park Raj, about 800 metres from the centre and the promenade. The apartment has a separate entrance reached by stairs, and a parking space in the yard is provided at no extra charge.

The living room, dining area and kitchen form a single open space. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and an air conditioner. The kitchen has an induction hob with an extractor hood, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster and a coffee machine, along with a full set of crockery and utensils. A dining table for four stands next to the kitchen.

The bedroom has a double bed with an upholstered headboard, two bedside tables with wall lights and an open wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a wall-hung toilet, a washbasin with a cabinet, an illuminated mirror and a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and basic toiletries are provided.

The apartment has a terrace, and the windows look out over the aqua park and the building's landscaped yard.

The apartment is air-conditioned and heated. Wi-Fi and an iron are provided at no extra charge. It sleeps four: two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. With the aqua park across the street, the location suits families with children. Children aged two and over are welcome, and a cot is available on request. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
