About the place

Hera Pilates Studio is a reformer pilates studio at Olimpijska 54J, in the Raj neighbourhood, near the aqua park, about a kilometre from the promenade. Sessions take place on a reformer, a machine with a sliding carriage, springs and straps, with an instructor who watches every exercise.

Group sessions have no more than three people, so the instructor can correct each person’s position and adjust the load. Individual sessions are one to one and fully adapted to the client’s goal, fitness and any limitations. The studio also offers pressotherapy, a 30-minute treatment.

A single group session costs 1,500 dinars and an individual one 6,000 dinars. Regular clients can choose monthly packages of 8 or 12 sessions, as well as three-month and six-month memberships. A monthly package is valid for 30 days from sign-up, and unused sessions do not carry over to the next month. The first session is free.

The studio is part of FITPASS: members book through the app and pay a surcharge per session, according to the studio’s price list. Two sisters, or a mother and daughter, get 50% off the second membership.

Sessions are booked in advance by phone, email or Instagram. A session cancelled less than two hours before it starts counts as used.
