Pools and aqua parks in Vrnjačka Banja
Places and offers
What to know
For a swim in Vrnjačka Banja you choose between indoor pools with thermal and mineral water, open all year, and a summer water park. People write both “akva park” and “aqua park”; we name each place as it names itself.
Vrnjačke Terme, by the Slatina spring, has five indoor pools with two slides and three outdoor ones in summer, with water at 32–36 °C, and night swimming on Mondays, Sundays and Saturdays. Day tickets are sold to non-hotel guests too. The Waterfall aqua centre at the Merkur Novi hotel has the largest mineral-water pool in the spa, at 28 °C, and a day ticket for 1,000 dinars, one of the cheapest options out of season.
In summer, June to September, Aqua Park Raj, the spa’s summer water park, is open. In the 2024 season a day ticket was 2,600 to 2,800 dinars and children under 100 cm went free; we add new prices once the park publishes them.
A practical tip: weekends in July and August are the busiest, so come on a weekday and early. At indoor pools, outside guests usually bring their own towel, slippers and bathrobe. Warmer water (above 32 °C) is for relaxing, cooler water around 28 °C for swimming.
